Download and Play Guide

We're sure that everyone how has tryed to play Metalslug free had problems
with downloading the right emulator and finding a site to download roms.
Knowing these problems Metalslug team has made a Download & Play guide
to help with the downloads.

Downloading Emulator :

The emulator is a program that can play game buckup known as roms.
To play Metalslug roms you must choose from the two emulator choises

The first emulator is a version of MAME. It is comparible with Metalslug
(Super vehicle 1), Metalslug 2 (Super Vehicle 1/II),  Metalslug X and Metalslug 3.
Its easy to use. The default buttons are :

Player1:

Jump : Ctrl
Fire : Alt (Left)
Generade : Spacebar
Move : Arrow Keys
Start : 1

Player2:

Jump : A
Fire : S
Generade : Q
Move : D (Left) R (Up) F (Down) G (Right)
Start : 2

Coin 9

The second emulator is WinKawaks compartible with Metalslug(Super vehicle 1), Metalslug 2 (Super Vehicle 1/II), Metalslug X, Metalslug 3, Metalslug 4 and Metalslug 5. The buttons are the following :

Instructions :

Extract emulator in a folder
Free Win-rar extracter : http://download.cnet.com/WinRAR-32-bit/3000-2250_4-10007677.html
With MAME download roms at the roms folder. Ther run MAME. Go to files,Audit all games.
when compleat click on avaliable and chooze the game you want to play.

With Kawaks download roms at Roms/Neogeo. Run Kawaks. Click on File, Load game and
click on Avaliabe. Choose the game that you want. To change keys go to Game, Redifine keys...
and choose player keys you want to change. To play Metalslug 5 you need to download NeoGeo
Bios too. In some downloads you will need to insert a 4 digit number.

was made at 1996 by SNK Playmore for Neogeo console. Since then many Metalslug titles have been developed. This blog gives information for most of them. Also it gives game hints, tips and shows you how to
